What we keep and why
Ten short paragraphs, in plain English. No legal boilerplate, because none of it would tell you what you came here to find out.
Who we are
The Vibe Entrepreneur is run by Monomoy Strategies LLC, Bill Sifflard's company. When you give this site an email address or an answer, Monomoy is the one holding it. No publisher, no agency, no one else.
What we keep
We keep what you type: your email if you give it, your first name if you give it, the water you name, your answers to the three questions, your six soundings, your first dredge, and the results of any tool you finish. Before you give an email, all of that sits in your browser under an anonymous ship's number, not on our servers.
Why we keep it
Bill reads the soundings to write the next book and to fix the pages that don't land. That is the whole reason. Nothing here is scored against you, ranked, or sold.
Where it lives
It lives in our own database (Supabase, in the United States), on the servers that run this site (Vercel), and with the three services that send our email: Kit, Beehiiv and Resend. That is the full list. It is never pasted into an outside AI.
How long we keep it
As long as you have papers with us. An address that has unsubscribed is not emailed again.
How to leave
Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe at the bottom. Use it and you won't hear from us unless you ask again.
Keeping it on your own device instead
Your Chart Room is kept in two places: here with us, under an anonymous number with no name on it, and on your own device. That is what lets it follow you from your phone to your desk. If you would rather it did not, say so and the sending stops from that moment.

Burn my papers
You can have everything deleted: your email, your name and every answer, from our database, from Kit, from Beehiiv and from Resend. What survives is a count with no person behind it. Ask below and we send a confirmation link to the address you give, because a form anybody can type an address into must not be able to delete somebody else's papers.
The one place AI touches this
Once a week, Bill may run the week's comments through an AI on Monomoy's own account to group them by theme. Names and emails are stripped first. Nothing that identifies you is ever sent to an outside AI, and this site never uses an AI to talk to you.
We never sell it
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and your email address is never handed to an advertiser.
The ads for the book
Most pages here load Meta's pixel and LinkedIn's Insight Tag, so Bill can see whether the ads for the book are working. They set their own cookies and tell Meta and LinkedIn that a browser visited a page here, or clicked through to pre-order. They never get your email or anything you type into a tool. Your browser's privacy settings, an ad blocker, or Meta's and LinkedIn's own ad settings will switch them off.
